United Airlines Cargo Building: MIA

Unique building architecture made our work very challenging due to the characteristics of the roof which had an oval shape embraced by a transparent fabric. Project had an extensive site work, warehouse area and office space.

2,000-Ton Chiller: Jackson Memorial Hospital

Very complex medium voltage installation which included a large switch gear a motor-controlled center. Solares was responsible for modifications to existing structures in order to allow the switch gear to be brought into the building.

Black Point Marina: MDPR

Project consisting of updating 7 piers each exceeding 100 feet with new power pedestals. All work was performed on the water, and extremely challenging undertaking. All piers required new underground services Solares performed all the core drilling under the pier in order to run new feeders.

Eastern U Lan Chile Utility Corridor: MIA

Over 2,000 feet of both, communications duct-bank and FPL duct-bank, moreover, this corridor provided the necessary utilities for the Lan Chile cargo building. Our company also installed all project's manholes.
